Suitcasing Rules

To maintain a fair and professional environment for all participants, we strictly prohibit suitcasing—the practice of soliciting business, promoting services, or distributing marketing materials by non-exhibiting companies or individuals at any time during the event.

This policy applies to all areas and activities, including (but not limited to) exhibit halls, session rooms, networking events, lounges, common spaces, and any off-site functions associated with the event.

Only official sponsors and exhibitors who have secured a designated package are permitted to promote their business at the event.

By purchasing an attendee ticket, you agree not to engage in any unauthorized promotional activity. Any individual or organization found in violation of this policy will be invoiced for the applicable sponsorship level at the discretion of the event organizers.

By registering for and attending this event, you agree to comply with this policy in full.
